This policy explains how Drakulic Solutions (Jai Onions t/a Drakulic Solutions, sole trader, Burntwood, Staffordshire) handles information collected through this website.
Who this covers
This site is for warehouse and logistics businesses within roughly a 15-mile radius of Staffordshire considering Drakulic Solutions' services. It is not intended for children.
What's collected
- Contact form: the name, email address, service interest, and message you submit. This is sent via Formspree, a third-party form processing service, directly to Jai's email inbox.
- Virgil chat widget: messages you type into the chat are sent to OpenAI's API to generate a reply. Chat messages are not stored permanently by Drakulic Solutions — they exist only for the duration of your browser session, to give the chatbot short-term memory of your conversation.
- Basic site analytics (if enabled via your hosting provider, Netlify) — anonymised traffic data such as page views. No personal profiling is carried out.
What this is used for
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the agreed service. Information is never sold, and never used for marketing you haven't asked for.

How long information is kept
Contact form enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, where a project goes ahead, for the duration of that working relationship plus a reasonable period for UK tax and record-keeping purposes. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it's used. To do any of this, email drakulicsolutions@gmail.com.
